1. HSEQ Executive

HSEQ Mumbai (Office-based) Full-time
Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSEQ Executive to support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Security systems across fleet operations. The role involves close coordination with vessels, regulatory bodies, and internal departments to ensure compliance with maritime standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Flag Administrations, Class, and external inspectors for audits, inspections, and surveys including Flag State inspections
  • Assist in arranging and coordinating SIRE inspections
  • Liaise with vessels and report IMO DCS data on Class portals
  • Prepare and maintain minutes of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual safety meetings
  • Assist in preparation and circulation of Fleet Instructions (FINS) and Fleet Information (FINF)
  • Collect vessel data and prepare reports related to IHM and other HSEQ requirements
  • Support implementation of HSEQ initiatives in office and onboard vessels
  • Assist in revision and updating of manuals, procedures, and documentation
  • Monitor vessel submissions of KPIs and reports through Safety Management Systems
  • Provide periodic reports such as LRIT ASP and Class Survey Status to vessels

  • Understanding of ISM, SMS, IMO Regulations and implementation skills

2. QHSE Superintendent

QHSE Mumbai (Office-based) Full-time
Job Description:

As a QHSE Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international safety, quality, health, environmental, and security standards across assigned vessels. Acting as a key link between ship and shore, you will monitor vessel performance, manage audits, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement to uphold the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor changes in legislation and update QHSE policies, standards, and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Ensure effective implementation of safety, quality, health, environmental, and security policies onboard assigned vessels
  • Identify and analyze risks in QHSE processes and recommend preventive and corrective measures

The Marine Superintendent will lead both on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective vessel operations. Key Responsibilities:
Marine Operations & Management
  • Conduct shipboard internal audits and QHSE inspections as required

  • Conduct shipboard internal audits and QHSE inspections as required
